Burley Environ 4240 Flueless Gas Fire Black/Brass

The Burley Environ 4240 is a traditionally styled flueless gas fire, finished in an elegant combination of Brass and Black—perfectly suited to marble, limestone or wood fireplace surrounds. As a flueless model, it requires no chimney, instead utilising an integrated catalytic converter that safely transforms combustion fumes into cleaner air before releasing them through the fire’s vents. Due to this technology, additional room ventilation is required.

Offering a full 2.5kW of heat with an impressive 100% efficiency rating, the Environ 4240 ensures that all generated warmth stays within the room, maximising comfort while helping to reduce running costs. The fire is simple to operate with easy-to-use manual controls, and for added convenience, a remote-control option is also available.

For installation within a standard 16" fireplace opening, a recess depth of 93mm is required. If this depth is not available, an optional spacer frame allows the fire to be fitted flush against the back panel.
